Here's a short story of Ellie getting upset.
For some reason Ellie was spurred to move her three wheeled toys outside. First, the baby stroller gets rolled through the door. But not without first checking with me to make sure that it was OK and that it wouldn't get dirty. Then she gets her cart. After her cart is parked outside Tate closes the back door with the excuse that we don't want the mosquitos getting in. Ellie was exhausted and really should have been in the bath by this point so she starts crying. She tells me through her sobs me that she wants the door open and doesn't want to hear about the mosquitos. But, she continues to cry very hard and walks back to her room to get the popper. She's crying so hard she can hardly talk, but does that keep her from finishing her project - NO! Does it even slow her down - NO! Does she eventually calm herself down - YES!
So, that is what we are dealing with here folks. A very determined, independent little girl!
I love her so much!
